Feel Good, forget the “rules”. Own it - always

I’m Tamara Josephine, a movement-led wellbeing strategist, creative consultant and wedding celebrant who uses dance as a tool for connection, confidence and personal development.

I facilitate embodied experiences and nourishing heart-led wedding ceremonies, inviting people back to their bodies, so that they can move through life with deep confidence, clarity and presence.

Ways we can work together

It’s time to move differently

It’s time to move differently

I basically came out of the womb dancing, and I have zero plans to stop anytime soon!

Dance is my muse and wellbeing is my specialism.

As a certified holistic coach with a degree in dance and a few decades of experience busting moves (most of my life) , I’ve impacted hundreds of people helping them to wiggle, groove, and reconnect to their rhythm, wellbeing, and joy.

I believe loving our first homes (our bodies) should be the standard, not ridiculing them - and that personal and professional development can be playful, curious and fun, while still getting the work done!

Let's make some serious moves

Join the movement.

We are the the movement, and life IS the dance, we just have to find our rhythm.

On the International Day of Happiness, we are reminded that no matter what corner of the world we are from, our joy is not just an emotion but a practice, a radical act of self-preservation, especially in a world that often overlooks intentionality when it comes to wellbeing.
